What’s New in Skuid?

Brooklyn Update 1 release

February 2017

New features in this update to Skuid’s bridge to the future include:

  • More ways to get the data you need, when you need it:
    • Welcome Microsoft Excel to the ever-growing list of Skuid pre-configured data source types.
    • Plus, we’ve added Contacts as an accessible entity to the Outlook data source types.
    • Our OData source type now supports the navigation property fields and a field picker for array types.
  • Plus, we’ve made a bunch of improvements, including:
    • The File Upload component lets you drag and drop multiple files for upload.
    • Do you use aggregate models? Now you can reuse a field multiple times for different groupings or aggregations.
    • Ever wanted to give users two ways to select options in a picklist? Now you can, with the combobox renderer.

And much more! For technical details and bug fixes, see the Skuid Releases, Brooklyn Update 1 release notes.
