How does Skuid work with Salesforce Process automation and validation?¶

Skuid works client-side, so any data operation saved to Salesforce will trigger backend process automation, like validation rules, Apex triggers, email alerts, and Lightning Process Builder actions.

Because Skuid pages run in user context, Skuid cannot be used to bypass Salesforce’s backend process automation.

Skuid’s adaptive logic respects whatever security models and settings are configured at the database level. Skuid allows builders to implement client-side logic and controls at the page level. Skuid’s adaptive logic respects whatever logic has been configured server-side within Salesforce.
